The Velar table clock by Uttermost is a modern, minimal timepiece that stands more than 63 cm tall, so it works as a small sculpture as much as a clock. A round brushed brass-toned face sits above a black marble base, with iron used for the structure. Quartz movement keeps time and it takes one AA battery, not included. Place it on a console, sideboard or mantel, where the contrast of warm metal and dark stone can be seen against a plain wall.
