1. Measuring with Intention

Good design starts with good proportions. Before ordering, measure your space carefully — not just to see what fits, but to understand how your room will flow.

Measure the room:

Width & length of the full space (including alcoves or projections)
Ceiling height (especially for tall storage or pendant lighting)
Doorways, stairways, and hallways for delivery access

Measure the piece:

Width — arm to arm or edge to edge
Depth — front to back
Height — floor to top point

Conpanna Tip: Use painter’s tape on the floor to mark out your chosen piece. It’s the easiest way to visualise proportions and flow.

2. Choosing the Right Sofa

Oval: A balanced option — space-saving yet generous.

Materials:

Wood: Classic and grounding.
Glass: Opens up smaller rooms visually.
Stone or Composite: Durable and statement-making.
