About us

Conpanna Living ("we", "us") operates www.conpannaliving.com, offering curated furniture, lighting, home accessories and interior design services.

Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order — a contract is formed when we dispatch your items. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) where an item is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where a pricing or description error has occurred.

Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. We take care to price accurately across our large catalogue, but if a genuine pricing error occurs we will contact you to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.

Products

Product images are as accurate as possible, but natural materials (wood, stone, glass, linen) vary — small differences in colour, grain and finish are characteristics of the product, not faults. Screen colours may also vary.

Design services

Interior design services (consultations, design packages, sourcing) are governed by the description on their product page. Consultation bookings may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but we'll always keep you informed.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.
