The Lava Rose vase is a large, richly worked piece from the Black Label collection, made entirely from terracotta and completely handmade. Its body is heavily sculpted and finished with a matte white lava glaze, while the hand-applied roses are a transparent off-white that softens the relief. The interior is glazed. Standing about 46cm high and 35cm across, it is generous enough to hold a room on its own, placed on a console, mantel or side table.
