The Icon Mini Lamp by Uttermost, from the Black Label collection, is built from heavily carved, unfilled beige travertine that recalls ancient hieroglyphics and casts dramatic shadows. It stands on four antique brass feet, with a braided fabric-wrapped cord and an in-line dimmer, and carries an off-white rectangular hard back shade in a linen-like fabric. At 23cm wide and 29cm high, it is a small lamp for a shelf, bedside or desk.
