A few simple checks can make delivery day effortless. Follow these quick steps to ensure your furniture arrives smoothly.
Measure Access Points
Measure every doorway and hallway, including trims, skirting, and handrails, to ensure your piece can pass through easily.
Lift Access
Check the lift's height, depth, and diagonal clearance so your furniture can travel safely to your floor.
Stairways & Landings
Measure stair widths, landing depths, and ceiling heights to prevent surprises on delivery day.
Clear the Path
Remove décor, rugs, and light fittings to create a safe, obstacle-free route for your delivery team.

We work with trusted couriers and design partners to ensure your order arrives safely and beautifully. Because many of our items are made-to-order or sourced from specialist suppliers, delivery times can vary depending on the product.
If your order includes multiple pieces, these may arrive separately — but always with care and communication along the way.
Once Delivered
When your order arrives, take a moment to ensure everything has reached you in perfect condition. If anything isn’t as expected, please let us know within 48 hours so we can put it right quickly and smoothly.
Keep hold of all original packaging until you’re completely happy — some couriers require it for returns.
Made-to-order and bespoke items are created especially for you, so they’re non-returnable unless damaged or faulty. Standard items can be returned within 14 days, provided they’re unused and in their original condition.
Refunds are processed once your item has been checked by our team. Depending on your payment provider, this may take up to 10 working days to appear.
Pre-Order Deliveries
Certain Conpanna pieces are available on a pre-order basis, allowing you to secure items before they’re officially in stock. Estimated delivery dates are shown on each product page — these serve as a guide and may shift slightly due to supplier lead times or unforeseen shipping delays.
Payment is taken at checkout to reserve your item. Once it’s ready, we’ll carefully prepare it for dispatch and notify you as soon as it’s on its way.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll usually ship the available pieces first so you can begin enjoying them sooner. In some cases, your full order may be held for a consolidated delivery — our team will confirm this before dispatch.

White Glove Service
For selected pieces, we offer a White Glove Delivery Service — designed for clients who prefer a seamless, elevated experience from start to finish.
Our delivery partners will carefully unpack, assemble, and position your furniture in the room of your choice, removing all packaging for recycling. This ensures your pieces arrive not just safely, but beautifully installed and ready to enjoy.
